Here's three websites that helped with my HTML.

w3schools.com

This is the one I used the most. Very basic and straight to the point.

developer.mozilla.org

When I couldn't find what I needed from w3schools (which was rare) I looked here.

geeksforgeeks.org

I didn't really use this one except for the homework, but it looks similar to w3schools and easy to navigate.
